In-Person Spaces
In-person gatherings was where I started my journey as an embodiment facilitator, and remain a true love in my heart. There is something so special and profound about gathering in person to express, dance, feel, cry, laugh, rage, and truly experience new depths of this human experience together. Sometimes we can feel so isolated in our experience and then we come to an in-person event and we hear others share and realise others are moving through the exact same thing, and we instantly feel we belong.
My in-person embodiment gatherings may include birth prep classes, pregnancy dance, somatic dance, circles, ritual, movement, and workshops. These spaces invite women back into connection with their sacred body and dive into the full spectrum of the human experience from unbridled joy to heart-shattering grief.
See calendar below for current in-person events.
What People are Saying
Eliza - I just want to say that your somatic dance space was the most beautiful start to the season. It really touched me so deeply and I’m grateful I got to be there with everyone! The words you said at the beginning of our movement session about the seed made me tear up - just so so beautiful! Thank you for offering your gifts and showing up so authentically in your facilitation. You make it possible for everyone else to feel safe to do so too. Much love.

VVulnerability isn’t easy for me, but I’m working on it. Eliza has a rare gift for creating a space so safe, warm and inviting that I felt completely held. I felt fully supported to let go and was able to release a lot of energy and thoughts that I have been holding on to which were no longer serving me. Thank you for this experience. I walked out of the session feeling lighter, refreshed, and truly grateful

Eliza’s confidence and expertise is profoundly touching. Upon arrival, there was an immediate calmness that I felt within, as Eliza set up a beautifully warm and comforting temple. I had the pleasure of meeting a circle of women whom with I shared a safe space. We bonded over the sacred practice of tapping into the womb space, we were cracked open, raw and vulnerable in a way that left an imprint on me that I can now use when I need to remember that space within. The integration of art had me pouring love into creation and the mixture of expression. I left Eliza’s circle with newfound permission to integrate “taboo” moon cycle practices into my life that I’ve been secretly craving, as well as a means of better communication with women in my life about these rituals.
